VTech Switch and Go

We like the idea of these 2-in-1 dinosaur/vehicle toys for children aged between 3 and 6. They come as a vehicle and within a few steps, the vehicle easily changes into a lively dinosaur. The toy plays sound effects as it's pushed along and when transforming. There are also action buttons to which play additional sound effects and educational dinosaur facts.

Movement can be controlled by the direction buttons on the remote control. There's a turbo charge lever and turbo boost button to adjust the speed. They're even customisable: children can select the eye colour when it's in dinosaur mode and change the driver when it's in vehicle mode.

We like the fact that they include dinosaur facts and an educational flashcard. What's more, converting between the two different modes helps your child develop motor skills and the exciting sounds and facts help to promote imaginative and independent play. 

The range is large and varied; there are different vehicles, dinosaurs and colours to choose from, as well as different price variations depending on how many extra features the toy has.
